The Canadian Rockies Ski Academy (CRSA) is an integrated ski and school program facilitated by Canadian Rockies Public Schools. The Academy is for international students attending grades 9 through 12 at Canadian Rockies Public Schools and provides an opportunity for international students to achieve athletic goals while still balancing educational demands. Held at the world famous Lake Louise Ski Resort, this program is sure to inspire students to their fullest potential. The Academy seeks to provide an environment fostering intellectual and physical pursuits through a series of well-rounded programs and the ideal athlete is a strong student looking to become a better all round skier. The schedule provides two days a week on snow and gives physical education high school credits to replace what is normally taken at school. The 52 days on snow will include the opportunity to take an Avalanche Safety Course (AST) Level 1 which teaches how to recognize avalanche terrain, understand safe travel practices and be taught companion rescue. AST 1 is essential for skiers, snowboarders and snowshoers. The coach of this program is a and has race training experience.
Photo: Reuben Krabbe I N F O R M AT I O N 2021/2022 DATES 2021/22 RATES Athletes who are enrolled in the Full season Ski Academy Full year rate $9,500 will have a total of 52 days on snow November 6, 2021 - April 24, 2022 (alternating Fridays+Saturdays / Saturday+Sundays) between early November and late April. Semester rate $6,000 November 6, 2021 - January 30, 2022 February 5 - April 24, 2022 Athletes enrolled in the program for one semester, will BOTH INCLUDE: Lake Louise Season Pass, have a total of 26 days on snow Transportation, Coaching fees (alternating Fridays+Saturdays / Saturday+Sundays) between either : ** Only students registered in Canadian Rockies Public Early November and late January (1st semester students) Schools International Student Program are eligible to apply. or This is a specialities program that was developed due to demand from our International agents Early February and late April (2nd semester students) ** Fees for the Ski Academy are in addition to CRPS International Student Tuition Fees

Our homestay families are thoroughly screened and happy to open their home to a student. We provide regular contact with the student and family throughout their program to ensure full support and satisfaction with the placement. • Support: Our International Students become part of the Canadian Rockies Public Schools family.
