SCOTTSDALE,AZ
DAY 1
Our trip begins in the picturesque, desert city of Scottsdale AZ, bordered by the rugged
McDowell Mountains, the vast Tonto National Forest and the scenic Salt River. Relish
Arizona’s natural beauty as you fly over this striking landscape to join us at our first
stop on our journey to Cabo.

We will meet at Volanti restaurant on Scottsdale Airport’s runway. Enjoy a casual yet
delicious lunch and get to know your fellow adventurers before we decamp next door
to Ross Aviation for our briefing session.

During this briefing, we will prepare you for this afternoons flight. We will take you
through everything from entering Mexican air space & crossing the border, handling &
customs and what to expect at the airport. We will also discuss our route, file our flight
plans, and check the weather. Immigration and customs forms will be filed for you in
advance by The Flight Academy.

Finally, we can take to the skies! We will be flying south, over the expansive Sonoran
desert and leaving the USA just west of the San Luis mountains. We then fly past
Hermosillo and leave mainland Mexico over Empalme. Here we swap the warm hues
of Mexican soil for the rich blues of the Sea of Cortez and continue towards the Baja
California Peninsula before landing in Cabo San Lucas (MMSL).

Upon arrival we will tie down and clear customs. Private transport will be waiting to
take us to our luxury hotel, The Cape.

CABO SAN LUCAS
DAY 1, 2 & 3
After clearing customs you will be transported to your luxury, beach-side hotel in Cabo
San Lucas. This evening it is time to relax, take in the sweeping ocean views and enjoy
some delectable plates at one of the many nearby restaurants. Recommendations for
restaurants for dinner can be provided and bookings made on your request.

Days 2 and 3 are yours to enjoy as you wish. Discover San Cabo on foot, adventure
into San Jose’s bustling downtown, sample the finest mezcal at a tequila tasting,
explore the beautiful Baja desert on an ATV or settle on the beach with a Margarita and
the sand between your toes. You set the pace for the next two days; take on as much
or as little as you wish.

Before dinner on our last night we will reunite for a spectacular Sunset Sailing
experience. Whether you prefer to sit back and enjoy the ride or take the helm, your
backdrop for this evening will be a magnificently colorful sunset against the
beautiful Cabo coastline. Departing from San Lucas Marina, we will sail over the
smooth waters of the Cabo shore, passing the famous Sea Lion colony before
drinking in the breathtaking sunset against the iconic Arch of Cabo San Lucas.
Don’t forget your camera - sunsets like these don’t happen every day!

Back on land, we will return to the hotel for a final, collective dinner at The Rooftop
restaurant. Take in the stunning ocean view, eat & drink to your heart’s content and
soak up those last Mexican rays as the sky transitions into vivid pink, purple and
orange hues.

In the morning we will enjoy breakfast at the hotel before checking out and our return
to Cabo San Lucas Airport for our flight back to the USA.
