ACHIEVEMENTS

               Wardle holds an Integrated Diploma in General Nursing &
               Midwifery from the Frere College of Nursing. She also holds
               three law degrees, to wit – An Intermediate Degree in Criminal
               Justice Administration with two modules passed cum laude; a
               Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree, with ten modules passed cum
               laude. Wardle completed the LLB degree in a record two, instead

               courses passed at LLM Level are - Advanced Constitutional Law
               & Fundamental Rights, Third Party Compensation, Medical
               Law, as well as Crimes and Delicts of the Internet. In 2017,
               Wardle was credited for passing examinations in the Doctoral
               Research Proposal in Law and UNISA has accepted her
               application for admission to the Doctor of Laws Degree (LLD)
               Degree for the 2021 academic year.

 1. Wardle is currently Chief Operations Officer at the Wardle College of Law and has provided legal analysis
   on high profile criminal, civil and labour cases for amongst others Sky News, BBC World, SABC News24,
eNCA, Channel 5 UK, Fox News, Reuters Legal, ANN7, CCTV News, Arise News, as well as for national and
                                           international radio stations.
  2. Wardle is also a sought-after learning material developer, a facilitator who has facilitated training to over
     3000 delegates on a range of subjects including, amongst others - contract law, labour law, the contract
   management framework, skills development, employment equity, alternative dispute resolution, strategic
planning, talent management, wage negotiations, organizational development & change management and she
 has done so in both the public sector at national, provincial & local levels of government, trade unions, state-
                       owned entities, as well as numerous companies in the private sector.
 3. Wardle is an author of thirteen contract management framework manuals, and she authored additional
 books in genres of fiction as well as non-fiction and has to date published in excess of thirty-two children’s
           books; law books; books on high profile criminal cases as well as three personal essays.

 4. Amongst attendees at sessions facilitated by Wardle she counts - Judge-Presidents of the High Court of
South Africa, Regional Court Presidents, executives from State-Owned Entities, Executives from Municipal-
Owned Entities, Trade Union National Office Bearers, Senior Managers, Shop Stewards and Employees from
                                        different employment levels.
5. In 1997, Wardle attended the Summer School on Cancer Registration Methods and Research Methodologies
at the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) of the World Health Organization (WHO), in Lyon,
                       France, with practical training at the Ruchill Hospital in Glasgow.
 6. She has published articles in Derebus and in newspapers and has specialized knowledge on Correctional
                                           Services Release Policies.
    7. Wardle is a Constituent Assessor and Moderator with at least three Sector Education and Training
Authorities (SETAs), for Certificate Qualifications, Diplomas, Postgraduate Diplomas and Full Qualifications
in amongst others, Paralegal Practice, Labour Relations, Organizational Development, Change Management,
Human Resource Management, Recruitment and Selection, the Postgraduate Diploma in Attorney’s Practice
                                  and Legislative Drafting, to mention a few.
