In this class, we will design and create a simple structure to resemble a birdcage; a frame to admire and appreciate the beautiful flowers that will be arranged within it. Children’s School Holiday Programs JEWELLERY MAKING CLASS- Andrea from “Beaded Love by Andrea” will be offering jewellery making classes. Each participant will leave with their very own necklace. A Community Garden In Berwick Community Garden coming soon! Get in touch to express your interest The Berwick Neighbourhood Centre unites people of all ages, capabilities, and cultures through the community garden, based at Timbarra Community Centre/Hall. Those involved in the garden will not only grow their own food but gain an increased awareness of how their choices have an environmental impact on both their surroundings and wellbeing. To ensure the Berwick Community has an environmentally sustainable future, there will be lots of ways to get involved with the garden including: -Raised garden beds which can be cultivated by local groups and individuals; -Edible permaculture gardens which provide fresh and nutritious food to all; -Timbarra Community Hall Kitchen will join with the garden to provide opportunities for locals to cook and gain hands-on learning and training. -Learn Local classes will ensure people are able to gain the necessary skills and knowledge about sustainability, culture and food.
