WORKS OF ART BY GRZEGORZ MAJKA Since 2004 year, working as a stonemason, Grzegorz Majka was looking to find new and useful applications for natural stone. He turned to nature, where tulip flowers and aloe bushes led to the first samples of home jewels. Following that path, he created many works of art that are like forbidden fruit that tempt with their innovative solution, shape and uniqueness. MGM PROJECT by Grzegorz Majka is an enterprise which actively supports dimensional stone industry by helping it blaze new trails in industrial designing and grow in the field of inventive projects, through making the best out of what Mother Nature gave us, namely, of stone. The program serves as a ticket for young natural stone designers. MGM PROJECT promotes extensive cooperation with interior designers and architects whose vision is to create interiors which are not only fashionable and functional but timeless as well. Uniqueness, perfectionism and exceptionality are only some of the qualities of undertakings performed by MGM Project. Producing top quality furniture, its collections are made of noble materials like stone or wood. Owing to its innovative approach to natural materials, MGM Project is able to obtain effects which cannot be even dreamed of when using alternatives.

fundaments of the stone table tops highly influence the

geometric shape of the diamond and the personal
desire to find the best solution of inventing such

Description:
The parameters of the unique material from
Afghanistan were the main inspiration for creating
the unique work "The Diamond Shell" - Center
Coffee Table. Referring to the pearl, brushed finish
of the material, we gave it the shape of a slightly ajar
pearl shell in combination with a diamond
to emphasize the value of natural goods.
In addition to highlighting the materials used, the
work is a symbol of differences of opinion between
people and the hidden thread of agreement that we
can observe in gap of the Diamond Shell work. It is
this bridge between the banks that constitutes the
foundation of our reality and perfectly illustrates
everyday conversations or negotiations. Observed
differences and values that guide us are aimed at
understanding and finding the thread of agreement.

Since 2004 year, working as a stonecutter, Majka was
looking to find new and useful applications for
natural stone. He turned to nature, where tulip
flowers and aloe bushes led to the Diamond Aloe
coffee table. The growing collection features pieces
that are like forbidden fruit that tempt with their
innovative solution, shape and uniqueness.

refers to the symbolic meaning of the lotus flower.
Rebirth, new path, fortune and prosperity are the
main meanings that contributed to the creation
of this unique piece. In addition to the shape of the
flower cup, we also used a characteristic material -
Nero Tunisi marble, whose rich veinings underlines
the new way. The use of brushed brass top highlights
the prosperity and a circular recess in it illustrates the
manger referring to the new life.
