Situated within the Gold Coast’s exciting northern growth corridor, the proposed Coomera Town Centre is a greenfield site. Under the Gold Coast planning scheme, the vision for Coomera Town Centre is to become a major activity centre. It is expected to represent a regionally significant catchment with a considerable residential population and offer a range of business, service, retail and entertainment functions. A DY N A M I C D EST I N ATO N Coomera is located approximately 25 km north of Surfers Paradise, approximately 50 km south of Brisbane and approximately 55 minutes to Brisbane Airport. It is home to the Dreamworld and White Water World theme parks, with Warner Bros. Movie World and Wet’n’Wild also nearby in Oxenford. A multi-million-dollar upgrade to the Pacific Motorway Coomera Interchange (Exit 54) was complete in late 2016 and is now delivering improved access to cater for the continuing growth in the Coomera area.
