31 JULY, 2020 HAUTAPU SCHOOL PANUI WEEK TWO, TERM THREE, 2020 THE ABANDONED HOUSE One day I drove past an old abandoned house. I saw cobwebs everywhere and dark green moss everywhere. The moss was covering the cracked stone path. The windows were all boarded up and the door was barely hanging on by its hinges. The mail from the mailbox was overflowing. The roof had water damage and was caving in. Glass shattered everywhere. Long brown grass grew through the cracked stone path.
