FALCONRY CLAY SHOOTING The Shooting School is set on the spectacular Ashford Estate and boasts an enviable shooting history and heritage, including the Guinness family’s world record ‘Woodcock’ shoots of the early 1900s. We have an excellent Sporting Clays layout with a vast array of clay targets to shoot. In addition, we have covered shooting stands, making it comfortable for shooting in all weather conditions. Our excellent team of experienced and knowledgeable instructors cater well for all abilities and experience levels. We offer a number of packages for individual leisure guests through to corporate groups and large family events. Our ‘Sporting 25 Clays’ session is popular for beginners and experienced shooters alike.For the competitive folks, we have our in-house 50-target sporting competition, the ‘Ardilaun Challenge’, which is hotly contested every year!
