Girls With Sole provides free fitness and wellness programs to girls aged 9 to 18 who are at-risk or have experienced abuse of any kind. u Serving Cuyahoga, Lorain and Stark Counties (Ohio) u Recent expansion to University of Michigan

. . . and I’m not alone! 50% of women in prison were abused as children. 80% of 21 year-olds that were abused as children met the criteria for at least one psychological disorder. Over 60% of people in drug rehab report being abused as a child.
