INCLEMENT WEATHER PROCEDURES It's that time of year again when winter weather may cause school to be cancelled or dismissed early due to a winter storm causing hazardous road conditions. As much as possible, Trinity Lutheran School follows the Jefferson City Public Schools' procedures regarding school closings and cancellations due to hazardous weather conditions. Should school be dismissed early or cancelled, you will receive a Parent Alert text or email. Please make sure that your phone number and email address are correct in FACTS so that you receive these alerts. You may also tune into KRCG-TV, KMIZ-TV, or KOMU-TV. In the event school is dismissed early due to a developing winter storm, AFTER SCHOOL CARE WILL NOT BE PROVIDED. Please plan now to make arrangements for your children to be picked up when and if an early dismissal time is announced. Keep in mind that should school be dismissed early or cancelled, all after- school and evening activities would also be cancelled. Decisions regarding scheduled basketball contests will be made by the PAL officials. Please visit their website at www.cmpal.org for updates and cancellations.
