1.3 HOW TO GET THERE
By Bus
Route numbers 36, 185 and 436 stop outside the ground and other local services stop around
the corner. The following buses set down within a 5-minute walk of the ground: 3, 59, 109,
133, 159, 333.

By Underground
Take the Northern Line to the Oval tube station. The main entrance to the ground is 100
metres on your left on leaving the station. The ground is also a ten minute walk from
Vauxhall tube station which is on the Victoria line.

3. SHIPMENT OF STAND MATERIALS
We are working with DSV who are shipping all material from Copenhagen to London.
Enclosed are the links to:

It is very important you read the Shipping Instructions for shipment and use the shipping labels for
stand matériel and bag insert.
4. AFTER THE CONFERENCE: COLLECTION OF MATERIALS
Make sure that packages for collection are clearly labelled with the destination address, company
and company contact name and telephone number.
We recommend arranging return shipment with DSV.
5. PLACING ORDERS

Electricity (0.300 kw + power strip; for security reason, light must be led lights in order to
avoid any overheating.)

For booking of shell scheme, additional stand materials or furniture, please use this

STAND APPROVAL
Stands that are higher than 3 meters must be submitted to the A-DFS Secretariat for approval.

There is complimentary high speed Wi-Fi for all den mlegates.
7. PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS
7.1 Insert in conference bags
Bag inserts/adverts information:
Insert price 500 EUR.
- Dimensions: Max. A4/4 pages.
- Amount: 250 adverts/inserts
- Use the shipping label for bag insert.
- Send a Pdf file of the advert/insert to otc@cap-partner.eu, to make sure your insert is in the
conference bag.
- Deadline for receiving inserts: 22 June 2018.

8. REGISTRATION
8.1 Exhibitors
Each exhibiting company will have 1 free exhibitor registrations per 3 sqm. stand.
Please forward the name, country and email to the conference secretariat at ms@cap-partner.eu.
If you wish to register additional exhibitors, the exhibitor registration fee is € 125 per exhibitor (incl.
VAT).

8.2 Free Participant/full registration
