Forum moderator for the second year in a row, Frame opened up the 2020 event with commentary on the impact of revitalization efforts throughout the region. “It’s starting to feel very different in this area,” he added. The 27th Annual Economic Forum, sponsored by Elmira Savings Bank, was held at the Holiday Inn in downtown Elmira on February 19. Over the past several weeks the group has been working to gather details on visitor-friendly happenings occurring mid-March through May to include on the event calendar on www.MarkTwainCountry.com.
