EMPOWER Encourage students to build relationships with their instructors by: • Participating in class. • Talking with professors after class. • Visiting during office hours. Students should spend three hours studying for every hour they spend in class. That means a student taking 12 credits should be studying 36 hours a week. College exams are a new — and possibly stressful and anxiety- producing — experience for students. Encourage your student to connect with the Andersen Library. They offer activities, including visits from pet therapy dogs, to help with finals stress: library.uww.edu DID YOU KNOW?
