The 2021 Manitoba Watersheds Annual Conference provides the public and those in the
agriculture and conservation industries the opportunity to connect and network with hundreds
of innovators, landowners and industry specialists involved in environmental conservation and
climate change that are directly shaping Manitoba’s environmental landscape for the better!
This year’s theme Coming Together, Celebrating Success focuses on bringing environmentally
passionate people together and giving them the opportunity to share, learn and educate one
another on issues that matter, and that have a direct, and positive impact in communities
throughout Manitoba.

als and landowners! Our Sponsorship Packages offer many meaningful opportunities at various
levels to offer you exclusive access to a network of innovators, dedicated industry specialists and
landowners. All while granting you the opportunity to significantly increase your companies brand
presence through several means of communications, including, verbal recognition during the
banquet program, conference promotional materials, our website, and social media platforms
(Twitter and Facebook).
Our Exhibitor Packages also offer many benefits including the opportunity to increase your
company’s visibility, meet industry professionals face-to-face, provide hands-on demonstrations,
distribute educational materials, and influence industry specialists and landowners committed to
the environment and conservation.
About the Organizer
The Manitoba Association of Watersheds supports Manitoba’s 14 watershed districts in their
efforts to protect Manitoba’s soil, water, habitat, and climate. Join us as we come together and
share our successes, learn from one another, and collaborate on the shared vision of a stronger,
healthier Manitoba ecosystem.
*Please note that this in-person event is dependent on public health orders and may potentially transition to an online event.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Watershed Steward: $6,000 – $10,000
Watershed Steward sponsors will receive:
• Several minutes at the microphone to speak about your work and introduce one of the following: a keynote
speaker, the Watershed Awards, or the chance to sponsor our Healthy Watersheds Student Project
• A 10’ x 20’ trade show booth
• 2 tickets to the full conference and banquet
• 6 extra banquet tickets and a reserved table
• Verbal recognition during banquet program by emcee; logo recognition on conference screens, and on our
web-site, Facebook, and Twitter
Lake Steward: $3,500 – $5,999
Lake Steward sponsors will receive:
• Several minutes at the microphone to speak about your work and introduce one of the following: a keynote
speaker, the Watershed Awards, or the chance to sponsor our Healthy Watersheds Student Project
• A 10’ x 10’ trade show booth
• 2 tickets to the full conference and banquet
• 4 extra banquet tickets and a reserved table
• Verbal recognition during banquet program by emcee; logo recognition on conference screens, and on our
web-site, Facebook, and Twitter
River Steward: $2,000 – $3,499
River Steward sponsors will receive:
• Several minutes at the microphone to speak about your work and introduce one of the following: a networking
break, lunch, icebreaker, or one of our speakers
• A 10’ x 10’ trade show booth
• 2 tickets to the full conference and banquet
• 2 extra banquet tickets
• Verbal recognition during banquet program by emcee; logo recognition on conference screens, and on our
web-site, Facebook, and Twitter
Stream Steward: $1,000 – $1,999
Stream Steward sponsors will receive:
• 2 tickets to the full conference and banquet
• Verbal recognition during banquet program by emcee; company name recognition on conference screens, and
on our website, Facebook, and Twitter
Pond Steward: $100 – $999
Pond Steward sponsors will receive:
• Verbal recognition during banquet program by emcee; company name recognition on conference screens, and
on our website, Facebook, and Twitter
*In-kind sponsorships will be valued at 50% of the cash equivalent.

Student admission to the conference. Banquet sold separately. Primary, secondary, and post-secondary
students are all welcome!

Each trade show booth includes two full tickets for exhibitors to attend the conference. See page 3 for trade

Our sponsor packages include tickets and can be a cost-effective way to bring multiple people to the confer-
ence and have a strong presence. See page 2.
