IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING COVID-19
• Due to COVID-19 guidelines, only 1572 spectators will be allowed in the Burton
Coliseum and 3032 spectators in Cajundome per session. Tickets ($13.00 each) will be
sold on a first come first serve basis. Please be prepared to social distance while waiting
to enter the facility (which may include waiting outside). Upon entry, everyone will get
a temperature check and masks are mandatory at all times.
• Tickets ($13.00 each) for the final games will be available for purchase at 10:00 am the
following morning.
• Each ticket ($13.00 each) purchased is good for that session/game only. The facility will
be cleared after each session for sanitization and there will be no re-entry to the facility
once you exit.
• There will not be a LHSAA/LHSCA coaches’ gate due to the limited capacity. Non-
participating coaches, administration, and officials will need to purchase a ticket to
enter. Participating coaches will not be allowed to use their card for anyone other than
themselves. Only submitted rostered coaches will be allowed entry with their team. The
24 team member roster will be strictly enforced and adhered to. Any person over and/or
not listed on the 24 maximum roster limit will need a ticket due to the limited capacity,
this includes trainers. NO HOSPITALITY ROOM WILL BE PROVIDED DUE TO
COVID-19.
• Concession stands will be open, no outside food or beverage allowed.
• Media will be required to get a temperature check upon entry.
• Teams will be required to bring individual water bottles that do not conflict with
LHSAA Partner Powerade. Coolers will not be provided due to COVID-19.
• Any Bi-District, Regional, Quarterfinal, Semi-Final or Final game that is cancelled due to
COVID-19 will be a forfeit without a financial penalty to the school. Playoff games will
not be postponed due to positive cases.

Burton Coliseum: South side of Coliseum under the covered walkway
Team Entry/ Cajundome: Northwest (Yellow) Corner of Cajundome
Team and Individual Team and individual pictures will be taken upon your team’s arrival.
Pictures The official photographer requests that all teams arrive 1 hour and 30
minutes and in GAME UNIFORM prior to game time.
All teams shall arrive in GAME UNIFORMS and need to bring both
Team Uniforms and sets of uniforms. Higher seed will be HOME team. Site Host Families
Dressing Rooms will take you to your assigned locker rooms.

Each team will be allowed 24 personnel to enter. The 24 includes
coaches, players in legal uniform, managers, trainers and statisticians.

using upper/lowercase format.
2. Any/all handwritten and/or scanned/faxed and/or typed in
all CAPS shall be disregarded and omitted from program.
3. Use the following formats when entering information on
the roster form:
a. Height: Enter using only a hyphen between foot and
inches. (example: 5-10) Do not use apostrophes or
quotations
b. Position: Use only the abbreviation as listed below. Do
