SERVICE INFORMATION
IN PARTNERSHIP WITH
WELCOME TO YOUR STRESS-FREE EVENT JOURNEY
Travelling to a triathlon/IRONMAN event and looking for a
stress-free bike delivery solution?
Worried about trusting your bike with airline baggage handlers?
Tired of having to disassemble/reassemble your bike before and after your
event, and risk affecting your personal bike measurements?
HOW IT WORKS
Nirvana in partnership with TriBike Transport Europe, offers the market leading triathlon bike
transportation service, eliminating the worry and stress of transporting your bike, leaving you free to
concentrate on your race preparation.
- Using a fleet of vehicles designed to pro cycling team’s specification
- Bikes racked and fixed to inner skin of vehicle; front wheel placed in a protective wheel
bag
- No need to disassemble and reassemble your bike or re-tune
- One small kit bag can be transported with your bike (maximum 7.5kg)AVAILABLE IN TWO SERVICES TO SUIT YOUR REQUIRMENTS
STANDARD SERVICE
- Your bike will be collected from your chosen location at an agreed time between Tuesday
and Friday the week prior to your event for the 2021 event season
- Your bike will be delivered at the race destination three days before the event and will be
held in secure areas ready for your pickup
- If you wish to drop your bike off at the meeting point in advance of our scheduled collection
time, you will be responsible for agreeing this request with the shop/meeting point in
question. There will also be a requirement to inform the Nirvana customer support team
that this agreement has been made, by emailing contactus@nirvanaeurope.com
- When collecting your bike, you will need to show your receipt along with personal
identification (e.g. passport or driving licence)
- For delivery back to your chosen location, we will collect your bike from the event
destination on the evening of the event when you exit transition
- Your bike will be returned to your nominated pick up point at a confirmed time between
Tuesday and Friday following your race
- All pick up and drop off arrangements will be confirmed by email two weeks before bike
collection
DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE
- Your bike will be collected from and returned to your nominated address, between Tuesday
and Friday the week prior to your event for the 2021 event season
- Your bike will be delivered at the race destination three days before the event and will be
held in secure areas ready for your pickup
- Either you, or a named person, will need to be present at the agreed dates and times for
collection and drop off
- When collecting your bike, you will need to show your receipt and personal identification
(e.g. passport or driving licence)
- For delivery back to your chosen location, we will collect your bike from the event
destination on the evening of the event when you exit transition
- Your bike will be returned to your nominated pick up point at a confirmed time between

We will collect and return your bike between Tuesday and Friday, the week prior to your event for
the 2021 event season. Please find below a sample schedule (which is SUBJECT TO CHANGE);

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Your small kit bag will only be transported with a bike
- Kit bags have a maximum weight allowance of 7.5kg, and up to the maximum size of 56 x 45 x20cm,
which is a similar weight & size to cabin baggage on an aircraft
- Additional race wheel set must be in an appropriate wheel bag/case
- Your bike is fully insured whilst in our care up to the value of €3,000.00 (with an excess of €500.00
per bike). For UK residents only, should you wish to increase your cover, our cycle insurance partner
Yellow Jersey, can offer additional cover if required
- Any bike not returned to us on the evening of the event, will not be transported back from the race
venue
- Pedals do not need to be removed, or handlebars turned sideways/inwards for transportation
- Nutritional gels, powders, tablets, and/or drinks, must be kept in a sealed container
