Rebecca is also one of my former students from Silver Blades skating Club.
Rebecca will be running an off-ice class which will include a jump and spin class.

Anna Fyshe - Ballet and Contemporary Dance
Anna graduated with honours from the Bachelor of Fine Arts – Dance Program
at Ryerson University. Previously, Anna studied Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Tap,
Hip Hop and Pointe for 15 years. During her training she completed her Advanced I
Cecchetti exam and did additional summer training in ballet at the School of Dance in
Ottawa. She furthered her Dance training in Jazz, Contemporary and Hip Hop in Los
Angeles on several occasions at the EDGE Performing Arts Centre. During her time
at Ryerson, Anna was accepted into the Emerging Artist Intensive directed by Kenny
Pearl (previous dancer with Alvin Ailey Company) for three consecutive years and was
also awarded an achievement in dance award. Upon graduating Anna danced with
Cadence Progressive Contemporary Ballet in Toronto. Anna’s strong interest in health
and nutrition for dancers motivated her to recently complete a two year certification in
nutrition from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition. Anna’s passion for dance continues to
grow with every experience and she looks forward to continuing to share this passion
with her students.
Alexandra Sellers - Acro and Jazz
Alex began her dance training at the age of three at Sean Boutilier Academy of Dance.
While there, she trained in many styles including Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, and Acro.
As a member of the competitive team she had the opportunity to work with renowned
teachers and choreographers such as Shannon and Megan McGrath, Michelle
Freiburger, and Glenn Gilmour. In 2013 Alex graduated from Dalhousie University with
Bachelor of Arts in International Development and Political Science. While at Dalhousie,
Alex continued to dance and was a teacher and choreographer for the Dalhousie
Dance Team. For the past three years, Alex has taught and choreographed for several
studios in the Halifax area, and received awards for her Acro choreography. Alex
recently completed her second year of ADAPT (Associated Dance Arts for Professional
Teachers), and has taken her junior and intermediate Acrobatique courses.
