Drop-Off & Pick-Up Before Care Regular Hours After Care 7:00-8:00am 8:00am-4:30pm 4:30-5:30pm A Zoo Camp counselor will greet you at the entrance of the Tiger Parking Lot on 34 th Street each morning and ask for your name and names of the children being dropped off. You will then be directed towards the proper drop-off zone. To ensure the drop-off experience runs as efficiently as possible, we recommend that parents do not park and exit their vehicles (however, temporary parking will be made available if necessary). When you pull up to the drop-off zone, Zoo Camp counselors will assist your child with exiting the vehicle. Counselors will escort campers over to their groups where they will interact and play throughout the drop-off period. During pick-up, you will greet a counselor at the entrance of the Tiger Parking Lot and provide your name and identification. Any adult picking up campers MUST SHOW A VALID PHOTO ID. Campers will not be released to any adults who are not on the camper’s authorized adult pick-up list. If there are additional names that you would like to add to your camper’s authorized pick-up list, please contact Zoo Camp via phone or email to update prior to pick-up. Your child’s safety is our primary concern! You will then pull up to the camper pick-up zone. Campers will be escorted to your vehicle by counselors. It is recommended that you remain in your vehicle, but if needed, you may temporarily park in the lot. Daily drop-off and pick-up is in the Tiger Parking Lot located on the West side of 34th Street. Please visit our website for directions or reference: https://philadelphiazoo.org/hours-directions-parking/ Before and After Care will be held in the Shelly Administration Building. During these hours, drivers must park in the Tiger Lot and enter the building to greet counselors and drop-off or pick-up their children. For Regular drop-off and pick-up during inclement weather, please follow the Before and After Care pick-up and drop-off procedures. 2 215-243-5355 – camps@phillyzoo.org
