2020 Jackal Creek Golf Day Portfolio Whether you’re a small group of friends, work colleagues, a charity or a company wishing to entertain clients, Jackal Creek Golf Club is the perfect choice to host your next corporate or fund raising golf day.
Our clubhouse is modern and functional, providing the golfer with all the facilities expected of an upmarket establishment. We pride ourselves on providing a value for money experience that excels on service delivery and attention to detail. “Our clubhouse is modern and functional, providing the golfer with all the facilities expected of an upmarket establishment.” The Golf Day team can assist you with hosting a golf day to meet your individual requirements - from registration and on course competitions to discussing your specific catering needs and the prize giving venue set up. 01
Golf Days may be hosted from Tuesday to Friday and on Sunday Afternoons. Inclusive in this rate is course set up, starters for your golf day and use of the function venue for prize giving. We are able to accommodate a Shotgun Start for a minimum of 88 players. Golf Day Rates Day Green Fee Tuesday – Thursday R 125 pp Friday R 145 pp Sunday Afternoon R 145 pp Golf Carts We have 70 carts available at a cost of R330 per cart (R165 per person sharing a cart). Please ensure that you reserve carts when booking your golf day as carts are limited. Golf Carts for sponsors need to be booked in advance as carts are limited. We ask that sponsors set up before 9:00 am on the day of the event. Banners can be delivered the day before your golf day, we ask that all banners are clearly marked with the company name and hole number. Two holes will be allowed to bring in their own beverage stock with no corkage fee (strictly no food may be brought in). Thereafter, clients / sponsors have to order beverage stock through our catering department. All food has to be ordered from our catering department. Should a sponsor wish to bring their own drinks, written consent and a mutual agreement with regards to corkage must be arranged with our catering department. There is a corkage fee of R1000 per hole. All watering hole arrangements need to be confirmed 7 days prior to the golf day. No tables, chairs or ice baths will be provided for water holes. We can however hire in for you from an external supplier, 7 days notice is required. 03
04 Registration Registration tables with black table cloths and chairs will be set up to welcome your guests. On arrival catering and beverages can be served. Please make a selection from our Registration Menu. Halfway House The halfway house is stocked with a variety of beverages, hot and cold meals. Please make your selection from our Halfway House Menu. If halfway house meals are billed to the client account, vouchers for each player will be provided to the organiser on the morning of the golf day. For branded vouchers please supply a logo in a .jpg format to the Events Manager 7 days prior to the golf day. Customized Golf Day Clothing & Apparel Customized men’s/ladies shirts and head gear are available to order for your golf day. Accessories are also available. A fully equipped pro shop will assist golfers with any golfing apparel required for the day. For all your corporate apparel/gifts requirements please arrange through Kate info@jackal- creek.co.za or contact our Pro Shop 011 251 6721 Scoring There is a small fee of R250 for our Pro Shop staff to facilitate the scoring on the day. Please confirm if you would require scoring and the number of prize places for the day.
Prize Giving Included in your golf day is the prize giving venue. The Club does not charge a venue hire fee for this; however a waiter fee is charged for at R20pp or 10% Gratuity on Food, we recommend 1 waiter per 20 guests. Please do not hesitate to speak to us regarding tailor making a menu to suit your budget & requirements.
