Ingredients
Individual Mulled Pear Pavlova
500g Brussel Sprouts

20g Unsalted Butter
(NGCI)
1 Onion
1 Pack of Bacon
Baked Vanilla Cheesecake
5 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce
On a Chocolate Brownie Base and
served with Ice Cream, Cream &
Method a Hot Chocolate Sauce
1. Trim the Sprouts, peel away the outer leaves and
shred. To Finish Off
2. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the Onions and
Sprouts. While frying – chop up the Bacon and add Tea, Coffee & A Mincemeat Pie
to the pan. Fry until the Onions are soft and the
Bacon is crispy.
3. Add in the Worcestershire Sauce to the pan and NGCI = No Gluten Containing Ingredients
