This will give you access to member activity, the agenda, meeting room maps, speaker information, and more. The app will be available one week before the start of the meeting DOWNLOAD AND LOGIN INFORMATION ● Search in the App Store/Google Play for "Zigbee Alliance" ● Download and install the Zigbee Alliance Member Meeting App ● Click on the Austin Member Meeting Event ● Event code: austinzigbee ● You must “join” the Austin event and create a profile to view the meeting details AGENDA AND MEETING RESOURCES There is a folder for each member meeting in the “Participant and Promoter” group within Workspace. Austin Survival Guide Sites to See Texas State Capital Located North of the hotel on Congress street is the Texas State Capital Building and Visitors Center. The building is a replica of Washington’s Capital, only slightly bigger. With ornate architecture, gorgeous grounds, fun exhibits, and great food, this is a hassle-free way to spend the afternoon. Free 30-minute tours are available every 30-45 minutes (8:30-4:30 M-F, 9:30-3:30 Sat, noon-3:30 Sun) Lyndon B. Johnson Library and Museum Located north of the Texas state capital on the grounds of the University of Texas is the LBJ Library and Museum. There is a lot to see here including relics from the Vietnam War, powerful photos on social justice and civil rights, as well as a replica of the Oval office and the president’s limo. Tickets are $10. Open 9 AM- 5 PM Daily. Rainey Street Historic District A street of historic, bungalow style homes built before 1934 in downtown Austin, this neighborhood has turned into a popular nightlife district full of character. You can find live music, great food, and lots of local beer! West 6th The most infamous street for nightlife is 6th street. Head West on 6th Street from Congress Ave for creative and fun bars and restaurants. WALKING PATHS Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail This 10-mile hike and bike trail is Austin’s most popular recreational area. Looping Lady Bird Lake, you will enjoy the beauty of nature, pass by skyscrapers, neighborhoods and enjoy Austin’s beauty. You can access the path directly from the hotel by the water.
