50th Parallel Estate – truly one of Canada’s exemplary destination wineries 50th Parallel Estate offers several unique locations for your special day; our set in the heart of Okanagan Wine Country in British Columbia. infinity event pad, stunning new event centre (opening April 2018), crush pad, winery tank hall and gravity lounge. 50th Parallel Estate is a majestic 61-acre site near the shores of Lake Okanagan boasting panoramic lake views and rare granite soils. All built with a unique guest experience in mind, 50th will be sure to impress your guests and give you an unparalleled experience to create lifelong memories. Top international winemaker Grant Stanley has produced the winery’s world-renowned Pinot Noir and aromatic white wines. Infinity Event Pad One of the most beautiful and scenic outdoor event locations in the Okanagan Valley can be reserved for weddings and celebrations. The ‘Infinity Event Pad’ is a breathtaking vista featuring a 2,100 sq ft concrete infinity pad that visually drops into the vineyards and lake below. It is truly the most stunning outdoor setting for a wedding ceremony and cocktail reception. Maximum seated guests: 150 Booking Dates: April 28th through October 13th, 2018 (*tenting and heating may be required at additional fees pending weather and season) 4
It’s All in the Details... First class ceremony on the stunning Infinity Event Pad includes: • Exclusive rental of the Infinity Event Pad or Crush Pad for 3 hours • Chairs for up to 150 guests (set up and take down included) • 2 barrels for your placement (signing table or guest entry) • Up to 10 large white umbrellas It is not just any other day... • Shuttle service for your guests to the Infinity Event Pad* (*included in this package is one shuttle for 3 hours) Note: It takes approximately 15 minutes round trip for each shuttle with 25 guests. We highly recommend that if you have more than 75 guests to book a second shuttle to increase efficiency with guest transportation. Additional shuttle time billed at $150/hour per shuttle. • 50th Parallel greeter to welcome guests and ensure smooth shuttle service • Power (7000 watt generator) • 1 hour rehearsal (scheduled in advance) ...it is your chance to make your dreams come true! New Event Centre Our new event centre will be second to none in the Okanagan. The West wall is entirely glass from floor to ceiling allowing ample light and creating the scene for the 2,800 sq ft space. While your guests sip award winning wines and enjoying fresh local culinary experiences from our Executive Chef and team, they will be in awe of the panoramic view of 50th’s Estate vineyards and Lake Okanagan. Maximum seated guests: 175 Booking Dates: April through December, 2018 Culinary Experience: 50th Parallel’s Executive Chef and culinary team will be pleased to sit down with you to create a tailored menu that combines all the essential components to exceed your expectations and stay within your budget. No outside catering will be permitted. See page 8 for details and page 10 for sample menu. *Important to Note: We begin construction of our new phase in January 2017 and will be taking bookings for our new event space starting April 2018. In the case that our builder or architect advises that there are any construction delays due to unforeseen reasons, weddings booked in the new event centre will be held in the current tank hall or on the crush pad. Please ensure you are familiar with these spaces as well. We can assure you that our opening date is taken very seriously and timeline is achievable. Artistic renderings are subject to change. 6

Winery Tank Hall The state-of-the-art winery tank hall has been designed so it can be used as a beautiful and unique event location. Weddings, receptions, and wine-focused events grace the 2,300 sq ft tank hall while providing amazing views of the winery and surrounding landscape. Set up can begin at 1pm that afternoon unless prior consent from 50th’s Event Coordinator has been given. Maximum seated guests: 150 Booking Dates: April 2018 through September 15th, 2018 *Note: capacity is influenced by seating orientation, bar, and dance floor configuration. 11
Crush Pad The ‘Floating’ Crush Pad is the center point of the Pinot Noir production area and the most impressive architectural element in the winery. The receiving part of our crush pad provides almost 2,000 sq ft of event space that offers a unique wine focused area. The large doors can be opened to let the light shine in from the floor to ceiling winery windows or closed to offer sleek architectural lines. Maximum seated guests: 100 Booking Dates: April 2018 through September 15th, 2018 **IMPORTANT: Both the Crush Pad and Gravity Lounge can only be occupied until 10pm due to the District of Lake Country bylaw requirements.
