Space Standards Applied The following plans and metrics are examples of the application of the new Space Standards at two locations: • McCormack Building – for DCAMM – with an option illustrating a full renovation approach and a minimal renovation approach – options will be determined based on a variety of factors. • This option illustrates the assignment of neighborhoods – creating flexible and shared spaces with identified areas for functional groups to locate when they are in the office, but available to others to reserve as appropriate. • 100 Cambridge Street - for a generic single tenant or two tenant floor layout.
