        CURRENT INFORMATION to our security measures
   In order that you can spend your vacation with us as carefree as possible, our entire
Waldfrieden team is making every effort to offer you a carefree and relaxed vacation with the
                             following protective measures.

In general, we ask you to arrive healthy and with your own responsibility to contribute a large
                                  part to your and our safety!

                              "Safe for all of us"
                           Facilitation since 1 July
         - For guests, the mask requirement is dropped both indoors and outdoors.
               - 3-G certificate (vaccinated, recovered, tested) is still required.
  - Also, catering staff in direct contact with customers no longer have to wear mouth-nose
                 protection indoors, as long as the 3-G rule is complied with.

  Despite the relaxation of the CORONA protection measures, we appeal to your personal
 responsibility with regard to keeping your distance, washing/disinfecting your hands, as
        well as the regular performance of Corona tests for non-vaccinated persons.

 Testing is available at Congress Schladming and the Schladming Tourist Office (Monday -
                                   Saturday, 8 am - 6 pm).
We recommend wearing an MNS mask when there are large numbers of guests in the buffet
                                    area.
 On arrival, please present a Corona test result, a vaccination certificate or a confirmation of
                              confirmation that you have been ill.
 Validity of tests: Self-test with digital solution 24 hours, antigen test 48 hours, PCR test 72
                                               hours.
Our protective measures
- Please keep to the specified minimum distance (1 m). Out of consideration for all other
guests and our staff.
- Avoid hand contact (e.g. shaking hands and hugs)
- Regular hand washing and disinfecting for your and our health.
- Disinfectant dispensers, as you have been using for years - are available at all frequented
areas such as restaurant, reception and wellness areas
- The service and kitchen staff operates you with a protective mouth-nose mask or FFP2
mask. (currently not relevant)
- Our employees in the cleaning area also wear a protective mouth-nose mask or FFP2 mask
(currently not relevant) and gloves and disinfect several times a day, e.g. all door handles and
handrails as well as surfaces, light switches,...
Our cleaning products contain all disinfecting ingredients.
As always, the rooms are thoroughly cleaned and ventilated.
If your check-in is a little late because of this, please understand.
- Please use the lift alone or with your companion and family.
- In our dining room and guest lounges there is plenty of space for the necessary distance
between the tables.
- Please take your own FFP2 mask with you. This must be worn in all general areas except at
the consumption area. (currently not relevant)
- To ensure the highest level of sleeping hygiene, all mattresses, blankets and upholstery have
been cleaned to the highest standard using a patented deep cleaning system.
- Sufficient lying areas are available to our wellness guests in the indoor swimming pool as
well as in our various relaxation rooms.
- Glass dividers in the reception area
- Please keep your key card with you during your stay. They will be disinfected after each
departure.

Booking & Arrival
Our cancellation conditions are as follows is defined:
Cancellation conditions for summer 2021
up to 14 days prior to arrival a cancellation is possible free of charge,
Cancellation 13 - 7 days before arrival will be charged 50%,
for cancellations of 6 days or more and for non-arrival 90% of the total travel price will be
charged

If you are not able to start your booked vacation with us due to the Corona Virus COVID 19
(e.g. due to official closures, travel warnings, travel restrictions, travel from a risk area,
border closures, exit bans, ...), of course no cancellation costs will be charged.
Your deposit will be refunded or used for another stay with us.
We also recommend that you take out a travel cancellation insurance (with the Europäische
Reiseversicherung), which you can book with your reservation. This also includes insurance
cover in case of illness at Corona or also e.g. if a relative is ill at Corona and you cannot travel
because of this. More information:

Check-in & Reception
At the reception we have set up a glass partition. To shorten waiting times, we ask our guests
to send us the information for the check-in by e-mail before arrival. For this purpose we
inform our guests in advance with our anticipation e-mail.
We kindly ask you to wear an FFP2 mask at check-in. (currently not relevant)

any confirmation that you have been ill.

Dining Room/Culinary
The FFP2 mask must be worn when entering the dining room or the buffet area.
Our employees who have contact with guests always work with MNS or FFP2 mask.
Wherever it is useful and necessary, they wear gloves.
Your table will be assigned to you and you will be accompanied there.
We try our best to offer you the usual pleasure pension, under adherence to the conditions. At
the buffet (breakfast and salad buffet) our products are either pre-portioned and neatly
packed or are available for you to take out with serving cutlery and disposable gloves.

We kindly ask you to keep the distance to other guests and our staff, especially in the buffet
area.

Wellness, pool and sauna area, massage
A transfer in the pool area is considered rather unlikely according to the current state of
affairs. The minimum distance of 1m to other guests must be kept (except guests from the
same household).
Our wellness area with indoor swimming pool, relaxation rooms and saunas is open in
compliance with the minimum distance as well as the even stricter hygiene regulations and
the maximum number of persons allowed in accordance with the official requirements, which
we will inform you about on your arrival or which you will find directly in the wellness area
Here, too, we appeal to your personal responsibility to maintain a minimum distance from
other guests.

In general, the regulation of 20sqm per guest in closed rooms applies.
The saunas (no infusions, towel wipes not allowed) can be shared by guests living in the same
household, otherwise only alone.
Information about this is posted in the sauna area.
If the saunas are very busy or there are many guests in the hotel, we may offer a schedule for
the sauna.
The staff regularly cleans and disinfects the wellness area.
The tea bar in the panorama relaxation room is in operation.
Our masseuse Maxi is there for you in compliance with the new hygiene & safety regulations.
The massage table is disinfected after each treatment and the room is ventilated. For this
purpose, longer breaks between the massage appointments are planned.

The distance regulation and space requirement regulation is currently not relevant!

Check-out
Of course, you can also pay with credit or debit cards as usual.

What if an infection case occurs in the hotel?
If a suspected COVID-19 case occurs in the hotel, we will proceed according to the plan of the
authorities and take the right measures.
Please let us know if you are not feeling well or ill. Our reception team will take the necessary
steps.
Important to know:
- The sick person must stay in the room with their family members.
- We will immediately contact our family doctor or the health telephone 1450.
- In case of suspicion, the doctor will inform the health authority, which will determine the
further procedure.
"Safe hospitality"
The Austrian Federal Government has introduced the initiative "Testangebot Sichere
Gastfreundschaft" (Test Offer Safe Hospitality).
As part of this initiative, corona tests are also carried out once a week on us and all our
employees.
In this sense, we continue to appeal to your personal responsibility regarding the protective
measures.
We will continue to serve you with mouth-and-nose protection or FFP2 mask, provide
disposable gloves or disposable cutlery at the buffet, and try to ensure that the standard of
hygiene in all areas is even safer than before.
