RESERVATIONS
DEPOSITS AND PREPAYMENT
A $200 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit per Cottage or Villa, per week is required at the time of
booking. Date changes will be accepted based on availability. Tentative reservations will be held for 10 days
pending receipt of deposit for guarantee.
Prepayment of your program reservation is required. Guests will receive invoices 90 days, 60 days and
30 days before arrival. Guests who make reservations 90 days prior to scheduled date of arrival will be
charged 50% payment at time of booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. Guests who make
reservations less than 30 days prior to scheduled date of arrival must make full payment at the time of
booking.Please contact the Reservations Department to arrange an alternate payment schedule. Guests
who do not meet the established payment schedule and have not made arrangements for an alternative
payment schedule may have their reservation cancelled.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should it become necessary for you to cancel your reservation, the $200 deposit (charged at the time of
booking) is non-refundable and non-transferable. If cancellation should occur within 90 days of the arrival
date, an additional 20% of any monies received will be forfeited.
REFERRAL DISCOUNT
Want to earn money for being an SFA guest? Simply refer a family that has never previously attended SFA.
When they reserve and pay for an SFA package in separate accommodations from you, we’ll award a credit
toward your stay:
• Seven-night booking: $200 • Five-night booking: $150

Multiple referrals may be made, but credits are per Cottage or Villa – not per family – and the total amount
of credits cannot exceed your room rate for one week of Summer Family Adventure. For more information,
