    Wayward Jane
    Auditorium

Wayward Jane’s music interprets American folk and Old Time traditions, blending
roots music with fresh arrangements and original compositions. Their rich sound
features fiddle, clawhammer banjo, double bass, guitar, wooden flute and close vocal
harmonies. Their live shows have a joyful energy and range in mood from high octane,
toe-tapping tunes to tender and soulful songs.

When they featured live in session on BBC Radio Scotland’s Travelling Folk Bruce
    MacGregor said
“they’re just that bit different from anything else happening in Scotland!”

Breabach
Auditorium

One of Scotland’s most exciting and successful folk groups with six albums under their belt, a
multitude of awards and a consistently full international touring schedule, Breabach look set to
build upon the huge successes of their first 15 years performing together.

The band started their 2020 anniversary year by teaming up with Glenturret, who distilled a
special single cask 15 year-old single malt in celebration. They then headed off to Australia to
perform at the iconic Sydney Opera House. Celebrations continued with a UK wide tour
through February and March before the world became a very different place.

Breabach unites the talents of Megan Henderson (fiddle, vocals), James Lindsay (double bass,
vocals), Calum MacCrimmon (bagpipes, whistle, bouzouki, vocals), Conal McDonagh
(bagpipes, whistle) and Ewan Robertson (guitar, vocals, cajon).

“As polished as it was passionate, matching fiery intensity with exquisite finesse,
this was a magnificent set.” The Scotsman HHHHH

is his critically acclaimed new play Leopoldstadt, a passionate
drama of love, family and endurance.

At the beginning of the 20th century, Leopoldstadt was the old,
crowded Jewish quarter of Vienna, Austria. But Hermann Merz,
a factory owner and baptised Jew now married to Catholic
Gretl, has moved up in the world. Leopoldstadt tells his family’s
story across half a century, passing through the convulsions of
war, revolution, impoverishment, annexation by Nazi Germany,
and the Holocaust. A company of 40 actors represent each
generation of the family in this epic but intimate play.

Filmed live on stage in London’s West End, Tom Stoppard’s
masterpiece is directed by Patrick Marber.

This musical theatre production is based on the book which
has been described as one of the most delightful and
enduring classics of children's literature and appeals to both
young and old. It has wonderful elements of mystery,
spirituality, charming characters and an authentic rendering
of childhood emotions and experiences. Common sense,
truth and kindness, compassion and a belief in the essential
goodness of human beings lie at the heart of this
             unforgettable story.
