Early non-competitive activities allow children to develop positive self-image as they experience success at their own level and progress at their own rate. The preschool level concentrates on motor skill development and serves as an introduction to gymnastic exercises and equipment. Beginners work on floor exercises, balance beam, uneven bars and basic vaulting. The advanced students will also follow these routines, but on a more challenging level.
