Dear Friends, We would like to personally invite you to join us for the 2019 Idaho Governor’s Cup scholarship fundraiser in beautiful Sun Valley, September 5-7. This year is especially meaningful to us since it will be our first time hosting this incredible event! We have supported the Cup for many years, and we are so honored to host it this year as your Governor and First Lady. We are proud that the Governor’s Cup Scholarship program has grown through the years with the help of faithful and generous supporters and sponsors like you. Thank you for your generosity. This year, 37 students have been selected from all over Idaho to receive scholarships. These students are smart, well-rounded leaders who prioritize community service and stay committed to their goals and ambitions for their education and future careers. Student Appreciation “I have wanted to be a welder since my freshman year of high school. From the first time I tried welding I have always enjoyed putting down beads and creating "This upcoming fall I will be continuing my education at the University projects. You are sure to find something that appeals to you and makes your time in Sun Valley memorable. Many activities will take the better part of one day. Please visit www.idahogovernorscup.org/socialactivities for detailed class descriptions. Some of these options are limited by availability. The limits are placed by the vendor providing the activity. We apologize in advance if you do not get your first choice of activities. Cancellations do occur and you can inquire in the registration room upon arrival. If you sign up for an activity and do not attend, the Governor’s Cup will have to pay for your spot. Meet at the Sun Valley Stables Sacred Sound Meditation is a practice using a combination of restorative twenty minutes prior to the start time. Wear comfortable clothing.
