Exhibitions and Tours Welcome to the National Library of Ireland At the NLI we collect and make available the recorded memory of Ireland. We care for more than 10 million items, including books, newspapers, manuscripts, photographs, websites and digital media. This spring we are delighted to present a diverse programme of free exhibitions, tours, talks and workshops spread across our four exhibition venues listed below. Yeats: The Life and Works of Seamus Heaney: Listen Now Again William Butler Yeats Visit this award-winning exhibition showcasing the NLI’s Yeats archive. Visit our Reading Room Our iconic reading room is a must-see. Marvel at the 50-feet high, Victorian domed ceiling and keep an eye out for the cherubs on the plaster frieze.
