BACKGROUND The digital future creates opportunities for new areas of business and revenue streams for almost all companies. However, digitalization also means that companies are met with the need for creating a number of cross-disciplinary and -departmental changes. And, at the same time, these changes also bring new knowledge, new surprises and new challenges. We have conducted a survey in order to assess which topics are at the top of the agenda for companies, when looking at the digital future. The responses from the survey have been collected and consolidated, and are presented in this report. On the following pages we dive into 5 categories and take a closer look at the highest scoring topics, adding our own words and experiences for each category. Enjoy.

HOW TO READ THE REPORT The categories and topics have been selected on the basis of what we see in our daily work as sparring partners and project managers. The report is built upon the responses we have received and is therefore an independent assessment of what will be the most important topics in 2018.
