Wellness Credit Program Is Here! Earlier start, plus more choice; complete activities by September 30, 2021. THE WELLNESS CREDIT PROGRAM IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU AND YOUR SPOUSE/DOMESTIC PARTNER TO FOCUS ON PUTTING YOUR HEALTH FIRST. This year, we’re starting the program earlier and adding more ways to earn points. With recent challenges as a result of COVID-19, completing your Biometrics Screening will be optional for 2021. HOW YOUR POINTS ADD UP: Earn 600 points to get a $600 wellness credit Required Points toward 2022 medical (for employee and spouse/domestic partner) contributions. NEW Flu Shot Attest to getting a flu shot and/or at least one dose of the 50 points each and/or COVID-19 vaccine. Gap in Care If you have a “gap in care”, that is, you have not recently completed a 300 points Screening preventive screening recommended for your gender and/or age, you’ll see these listed on MyEvive.
