In the Works: Sensors & IoT • In August 2017, Visionstate began a large research project with AT&T for generic sensors for dispensers. • Sensors will be developed to connect restroom devices to WANDA for preventative maintenance and real-time supply management. Visionstate.com | TSX.V: VIS • People counting sensors are now deployed in key locations in third quarter of 2017. • Company objective is to connect sensors to WANDA as a central hub for all data analytics and reporting. Sensors measure use of washroom supplies sending key data insights to a computer 12

Business Model • Revenue streams include initial product sales (device and software 30% margin) and residual monthly license and support fees (85% margin). • Retail price $1,000 - $2,500 per device, $750 annually for five units ($50 per unit annually after 5). • Exceed Solar specializes in solar applications including backyard garden suites and greenhouses that are powered by renewable energy and branded under the Visionstate.com | TSX.V: VIS name “Sol Spaces.” • Cutting edge technology is leveraged in building materials and each Sol Space is energy audited to maximize efficiency. The product is scalable from smaller garden suites for home office or rental property to larger spaces suitable for recreational properties and larger living environments. • Exceed Solar is currently developing a smaller, secure, solar-powered backyard greenhouse that caters to the home growing market for cannabis. 17
