Welcome to Assisted
Living at Assisi Village
Assisted Living is the perfect choice for seniors who want to remain independent and
active, but may need some assistance with daily activities. Our welcoming community
and compassionate staff enable you to feel comfortable and content in your new home.
Our full-time registered nurse customizes programs for each resident based on individual
needs and interests; and, as your needs change, programs can be modified to keep you
safe, healthy, and as independent as possible.
The Stonehill Communities campus offers a full continuum of quality lifetime care services. If
needed, assisted living residents are given priority access to short term rehab, memory care
or higher levels of care at our Health Center. We encourage you to schedule a tour, enjoy a
conversation with some of our residents and see a few of our daily activities for yourself.

Assisted Living Level of Care Services
1. Base - no level of care services
needed no additional fee
2. All-inclusive Level - under 1 hour
of care daily $325.00/month
3. Enhanced Level - over 1 hour
of care daily $625.00/month
Each resident will have a service plan that
may include additional charges for levels of
care service.
Apartment Reservation Fee/Deposit: $250.00
(one-time) This fee is non-refundable and
will be applied to first month’s rent.
Community Fee: $4,000.00 (one-time)
This fee is non-refundable. Services include:

• Wellness/activities
