IMPORTANT REGISTRATION & WITHDRAWL PROCEDURES
Payment: The first payment is due upon enrollment. Subsequent payments are due by the 1st of each month.
Class Cancellations & Holidays: Class cancellations due to U.S. Federal holidays and school breaks will not receive
refunds, as they have already been factored into the fees. If the instructor cancels class due to leave, inclement
weather or other unforeseen circumstances, families will be notified and refunded for said class.
Program Withdrawals: There is a two-week minimum written notice requirement for withdrawing from any activity.
To withdraw, please complete and submit the SKIES Withdrawal Form available at Parent Central Services Office in
building #1213 on Clay Kaserne. Instructors cannot accept official withdrawal notification or completed SKIES
Withdrawal Forms.
Registrations: All participants must have a valid and active registration with Wiesbaden Child and Youth Services.
Registration is an annual event. Please contact Parent Central Services for more information.

Lesson Dates & Times:
Please note for all Music Lessons in SKIES, enrollees receive their instructor’s email address at the time of enrollment and are responsible for coordinating
a day and time for lessons with the instructor. The monthly price includes four (4) lessons per month. Each lesson last 30 minutes.
If a bill proration is required due to the start date of the lesson, parents are responsible for contacting Parent Central Services.
Instruments: We provide instruments for students to use, if needed during lessons. However, students must purchase their own instrument for home use.

Why is a Dress Code Required for SKIES Programs?
A dress code ensures that instructors are able to see a student’s alignment and
positioning in order to make corrections, if necessary. Baggy clothing can mask bad
habits, making corrections impossible. In addition to this, dress codes help to reinforce
the discipline necessary for the study of dance. By "dressing the part," the student feels
like a dancer. Dress codes also, much like military fatigues, create unity and a sense of
“esprit de corps” among the dancers. A dress code minimizes distractions, and helps
give classes a unified look.
Dance Classes
All colors mentioned below are suggestions. Students are encouraged to wear dance attire they already possess.
Ballet
Girls – Black or navy blue leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, hair in bun. Please no skirts or tutus in Ballet I – IV,
unless approved by instructor.
Boys – White t-shirt, black leggings and black ballet shoes.
Contemporary
Any solid color leotard, t-shirt or tank top; shorts, leggings, or jazz pants; hair pulled back in ponytail/away from face.
Hip Hop
Any solid color t-shirt or tank top; shorts or leggings; hair pulled back in a pony-tail away from the face.
Jazz
Any solid color leotard, t-shirt or tank top; shorts, leggings, or jazz pants; tan jazz shoes; hair pulled back in a pony-tail
away from the face.
Pre-School Classes
Form fitting dance attire that does not restrict movement; hair pulled back in a pony-tail away from the face.
Gymnastics & Tae Kwon Do Classes
Students are not required to have specific uniform. Students may come to class with comfortable attire that allows
movement and does not cause distractions. Students with longer hair are suggested to have their hair pulled back in a
pony-tail away from the face.
Soccer Training
All the basic requirements associated with team soccer play,: Soccer shorts or sweats, cleats, shin guards etc. The
instructor will provide you suggestions for additional or new trends regarding uniforms & equipment.For Registration Information Contact:
