ED&I Action Plan • ACL’s, AUCD’s and the UCEDD Network’s long history in these areas – Demonstration Projects – Resource Development – Capacity Building Events – Mentorship and Peer Support Relationships 11
ED&I Action Plan • Four Areas of Focus: (1) workforce diversity, (2) cultural and linguistic competence, (3) state/local impact, and (4) Crosscutting considerations • Objectives within each area are tied to specific outcomes • Action Steps to move the National DD Network toward equity, diversity and inclusion • Three Year Process 12

Implementation Plan Coaches Implementation • April-Sep. 2021 Groups • $150/hour; 25 hours max • May 2021 - May 2022 • What they do? • Up to 4 groups of 5-8 – Develop materials • Organized by similar TA needs – Support implementation groups • What they do? – Present at webinars – Monthly 90 min. meetings – 1:1 coaching for network – Make progress on implementing members an element of the Action Plan – Attend quarterly webinars – Access to one-to-one coaching 14
Who Should Apply? For Coaches For Implementors UCEDD leaders with Staff, directors, or leaders who: success in implementing – Have a role in implementation elements of the Action – Need for TA Plan. – Capacity to participate in TA – Support from Director Deadline to Apply: April 19th 15
