welcome to sault Indulge the senses amidst a romantic setting at the most exquisite property in Daylesford. As you enter the majestic estate, the long driveway lined by towering trees leads you to the stunning fountain that once stood at the centre of a French town. The building is reminiscent of a stone homestead, flanked either side by beautifully manicured gardens and row upon row of lavender. The wedding barn/chapel is the perfect place for your ceremony, with stunning views over the lake. Lovingly hand-crafted, with air conditioning, sound system and wooden chairs, the barn can seat 100 guests. The gardens also provide a romantic setting for your ceremony and photographs. Sault is set amongst the magnificent backdrop of the wombat state forest, on a 125 acre estate. Canapés and drinks can be enjoyed by your guests on the deck overlooking our very own lake or while playing a game of bocce on one of the three courts. With 180 degree views from all the tables in the restaurant guest can enjoy the culinary delights prepared by our head chef using the freshest regional produce. Sault can cater for sit down weddings of up to 110 and cocktail wedding for around 130. packages for 2020 - 2021 All the packages listed below are for a 5 hour duration. Upgrades and add-ons to the package are listed. We are happy to tailor a package to suit if we are able. Additional costs will apply. We can seat up to 110 people and our standing capacity is 130 people. We provide for harvest style seating (rectangles). All prices are valid until June 30 2021 after which a 5% (approximate) price increase will apply. All package prices include gst. Menu tastings are $115.00pp and are held between July and October of each year on Friday evenings, Saturday lunch and Sunday evenings (or at other times by arrangement). Bookings are required a minimum of two weeks in advance (with menu selection), and subject to available times only. For ceremonies in the wedding barn/chapel the cost is $1,400.00 and includes, 100 wooden folding chairs, registry table, power, sound system for iPod and our event planner to assist you for the ceremony. The ceremony on site area is alongside the lavender field north of the restaurant with the lake in the background. The cost is $900.00 and includes 80 outdoor chairs, registry table with linen, power under the trees for your band or celebrant and our event planner to assist you for the ceremony. Ceremonies on-site must commence with 1hr of the package slot time.
