TO CONFIRM A PROVISIONAL BOOKING WE REQUIRE A CONTRACT SIGNED BY THE BRIDE & GROOM TO CONFIRM A PACKAGE TAILORED TO YOUR WEDDING NEEDS AND MINIMUM NUMBERS, ALONG WITH A NON-REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE BOOKING FEE OF £1000. 50% OF YOUR TOTAL PAYMENT WILL BE DUE 12 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING DAY. THE REMAINING PAYMENT WILL BE DUE 10 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING ALONG WITH FINAL NUMBERS &TABLE PLAN. SHOULD THE INVOICE REMAIN UNPAID AFTER THIS POINT LA MON HOTEL & COUNTRY CLUB RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE BOOKING AND CLAIM CANCELLATION CHARGES. THE WEDDING RATE WILL APPLY TO SINGLE & DOUBLE OCCUPANCY ROOMS AND INCLUDE BREAKFAST PLUS USE OF COUNTRY CLUB FOR DURATION OF STAY. THE ROOMS CAN BE BOOKED DIRECTLY BY YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS THROUGH RESERVATIONS AND WILL BE ALLOCATED ON A FIRST COME BASIS.
