WCWI'S IMPACT: 1986 - 2021 - ONWARD WCWI has been working since 1986 to serve Wisconsin employers and to form and foster the member community that we are today. From nine founding companies to now several hundred across the state, we are steadfast in the purpose of our work and service. To quote our very first Annual Report published in 1986, the following sentiments remain true today: WCWI focuses on the ideas and expectations of our members We are a catalyst – showing businesses the value of wellness We are not providers of products and therefore we have the unique ability to objectively help our members design and provide wellness for their employees We feel a strong sense of ownership that the services we provide our members be of quality and of value And here in 2021, we are celebrating thirty-six years of elevating and advancing employee wellbeing in Wisconsin’s workplaces and communities. We are proud of WCWI’s many achievements, expanded engagement, and one-of-a-kind member experiences highlighted within the 2021 Year in Review. WCWI | 2021 YEAR IN REVIEW 02
