BUNDLED BRANCHES TWICE A YEAR COLLECTION - NOV/DEC & JAN - MAY DISPOSE OF MATERIALS AS PART OF YOUR PREPARATION FOR THE FIRE SEASON ! MAXIMUM 3 CUBIC METRES PER HOUSEHOLD • November/December collection is for bundled branches only • January-May collection is conducted at the same time as your hard waste collection • Only place material out one week before the collection date • Materials must be placed on the nature strip by the Sunday evening prior to the start of your collection week • Late material will not be collected • If your general garbage is collected from a collection point, this is where your bundled branches will be collected from If at the end of your collection week, your bundled branches collection has been missed, you must contact us on 1300 368 333 by 5pm the following Friday. UNWANTED HOUSEHOLD GOODS BEFORE DISPOSING OF YOUR GOODS CHARITY SHOPS ARE A GREAT WAY OF RE-PURPOSING YOUR UNWANTED GOODS! Remember that charity shops can only sell goods that are in good condition and working order. Do not leave items outside a closed charity shop or beside a full charity bin as this could be seen as illegal dumping. DUMPED RUBBISH If you see dumped rubbish or somebody dumping material, contact us on 1300 368 333 or Environmental Protection Authority Victoria (EPA) on 1300 372 842.
