As a cooperative we all work together as a team and actively encourage members to develop new ideas and projects. Based in Sharrow in Sheffield we work regularly with the local community to try and improve the local area through events, projects and maintaining the local green spaces.
About Youth Discovery Ventures Youth Discovery Ventures (YDV) is the coordinating organisation and is based in the same building as Regather. The two organisations work closely together and we are supporting Regather to deliver their ESC. YDV is experienced in delivering Erasmus Plus projects. ESC Ethos & Mission From our experience, ESC works best when everyone gets stuck in together; we will treat you as one of the team and equal with everyone else. As a small team we rely on each to make sure all of the jobs that need to be done get done, this includes organising music festivals or hosting comedy & film nights; It also includes mopping the floors, doing the financial accounts & delivering leaflets. Together we will provide you with a varied programme that will enable you to develop new skills & show off the ones you already have. You will be part of the team, part of the community and help make a lasting and positive impact in the city of Sheffield. You will also be supported to develop your own personal project during your stay based on the project theme.
