Volunteer’s Duty Refer to website which will be sent on Sunday evening.
As best as I can… • Serve as a family • Assign a duty slot according to what you have indicated • Some may serve weekly, some once every 2 weeks. • It will be put up on the web next week, after Sunday.
Booking for Mass
Mass Booking • Booking starts at the beginning of the month. • Better to book a different mass timing from your duty time. • No guarantee that you will be able to attend mass when you are on duty. • We seek your understanding in this.
Can I receive communion as volunteer? It might be full house for the other mass timing. • As a volunteer, you can receive communion if you have been at mass, listening to all readings and participating. • However, do note that the role might be swopped week on week so as to give a chance for those volunteers who are unable to attend mass on Sunday to attend as well.
What if the parishioner requests to go to toilet during mass? • Exit the same way and enter again, however, no need to re-scan SafeEntry and MARS. What if the parishioner requests to go to toilet after mass? • One volunteer will be in-charge of walking the church ground to ensure no one is loitering before we hand over the church to the volunteers of next mass.
For wheelchair-bound attendees, is there any allocated seating area? • They will be seated in front of B1 and family members will sit on B1.
Reminders
To Note • Masses are not full so if we do not need so many volunteers, we will alert you. • Please do not take any photographs of the parishioners’ photo ID or their particulars.
Thank you for serving BSC. God Bless!
