Estate News Pienaar, a mount-bike track developer with experience. The residents, who attended, were requested to submit their comments to the Estate Manager, which was shared with Hein Pienaar. Hein Pienaar prepared a proposal and quotation for the development of a mountain bike track, trail and skills area, which will be shared with the residents, who attended the meeting. The HOA Board requested the Environmental Sub Committee to prepare a proposal for submission to the Board. Residents, who are interested, are welcome to contact me. Of the 654 members, only 41 accounts are overdue. While a few members had to be reminded to pay their monthly levies, and some’s biometric access has been suspended, no accounts had to be handed over for collection. 3 Accounts makes up 80% of the money due to the HOA.
