Saturday Afternoon Tours:
 1) Tour and wine tasting at Mitchelton Winery via the Mitchelton Explorer on the Goulburn
    River departs near Conference Café.
    Mitchelton one of Australia’s favourite wineries in the Goulburn Valley with the iconic tower,
    the extensive cellars and the magnificent Aboriginal Art Gallery not to mention the magnificent
    wines to be tasted.

 2) Tour and stallion parade at Adam Sangster’s Swettenham Stud Northwood Road
    Nagambie and Yulong Thoroughbred Stud.
    The Swettenham Stud property encompasses 900 Acres of improved pasture on well drained
    loams with Goulburn River frontage. The stud includes stallions; Highland Reel, I am Immortal,
    Puissance de Lune, Rubick, Toronado and Wooded. Yulong was purchased in 2018 by Yuesheng
    Zhang it was formerly known as Limerick Lane. Based on 450 acres of prime agricultural land.
    Stallions include: Lucky Vega, Written Tycoon, Alabama Express, Tagaloa and Grunt.

 3) Garden Tour of the Seymour Showgrounds (Kings Park), Somerset Vegetable farm
    Seymour and Rokeby private garden of 5 acres at Tallarook.
    See the $1,000,000 Pavilion recently built at Kings Park, visit the organically grown vegetable
    Heritage Produce run by Chloe Fox who is a Farmer for Climate Change and the garden at Rokeby
    is an old one that in the last decade has been reinvigorated and extended into a rambling country
    garden with striking formal elements. Either stroll through the historic garden at your leisure or
    take a guided tour with the owner.

 4) Tahbilk Winery – the carbon neutral future
    Cruise the Tahbilk wetlands and hear about the history of the Tahbilk winery and the business’s
    journey to become carbon neutral from Lachie Thomas.

      We are proud to share with delegates and guests our local produce and
         drink. This evenings Dinner is created entirely from agricultural
                            enterprises in our Group.

                  Guest Speaker: Hayley Purbrick CEO designate Tahbilk
    Hayley Purbrick has a lifelong affinity with water and the natural environment. It is a
    passion that has translated to her family’s winery near Nagambie, Tahbilk, being
    Australia’s only carbon Zero accredited winery and vineyard at a product and organisation
    level – and one of eight wineries globally to achieve this status.
    “I’ve always been curious about nature; I find it really soothing,” Hayley, a fifth-generation
    family member of Australia’s oldest winery, said.

Nagambie Lakes Discovery Park
Discovery Park is a recreational resort beautifully situated between Lake Nagambie and the
Goulburn River. Special rates have been arranged. Accommodation is available here in self-
contained cabins complete with all the necessary facilities for an enjoyable visit. Also available
are ensuite caravan sites and waterside camping areas.
