Administration Assistant
Every office needs an efficient Administrator who ensures that a
successful company is running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a
great opportunity for those who like to complete a large variety of
tasks and can make multi-tasking look easy. As well as many other
tasks, you will:
• process the incoming and outgoing post
• confidently answer the phone
• order stationery
• greet both clients and visitors.
You will be based at Head Office in Wallingford, working 40 hours per
week from 9am to 5.30pm. You will need a good working knowledge of
Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Publisher. Ideally you will be
able to juggle the varied jobs that you are given on a day to day basis.
This role is especially suited to multi-taskers who are able to
communicate with a variety of people. Our ideal candidate will possess:
• excellent attention to detail
• the ability to juggle and prioritise tasks
• exemplary organisational skills
• the ability to work individually as well as in a team
• a methodical and thorough approach to work.

the catering team at a school in Bedford. Hours are Monday
to Friday from 10am to 2pm, term time only. You will need a
good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. Our
ideal candidate will be available to start in September and
possess:
