Overview This document outlines the individual and team requirements for all competitions fixtures at the UNSW Dave Phillips Hockey Field. In preparing these requirements, the safety and protection of the health of individuals and communities has been the primary focus and will remain the focus while the risk of COVID-19 transmission remains. This document will be updated regularly to reflect the latest club information & Covid-19 related restrictions. 2

Hockey Activities – Arrival, Warm Up & Departure ‘Please observe the one-way system for entry & exit’ • KEEP WALKWAYS CLEAR (main walkway is shared with Soccer) ENTRY • The preferred entry and exit to the Dave Phillips Sporting complex for hockey players will be via the stairs or ramp on Banks Avenue. EXIT • Teams assembling for next match shall wait in areas as designated on map near dugouts on sideline. • Entry to hockey field will be from sideline gates next to dug-outs. The preferred exit from the field ais via corner steps next to tennis court. • Please sanitiser your hands at the sanitiser station upon entering the facility. • Teams are encouraged not to warm up or enter adjacent fields (such as the tennis, rugby, soccer or cricket pitches). If teams wish to warm up prior to the game it is suggested that the park (subject to use) on the other side of Banks Avenue is utilised. • At this point in time the change rooms remain closed. We encourage players to turn up dressed in their playing kit. 4
