All units within the Royal Seafarer have two bedrooms, two full baths, and one covered parking space.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the Club Room. The following units are for rent as described by their

This unit overlooks the pool and the southwest part of the beach. There is a large wrap-around
balcony equipped with furniture for you to enjoy this breathtaking view. This is a two-bedroom two-
bath condo. Wifi is throughout the condo, as well as cable TV. The building offers an exercise room,
social room, picnic area with BBQ pits, and a beautiful heated pool. This is available for February and

Beautifully updated fourth-floor two-bedroom, two-bath condo with southwest views of the ocean and
overlooks the pool. This gorgeous unit has been recently remodeled with updated bathrooms,

The Royal Seafarer Condominium features a newly updated lobby, an elegant social room that can be
used for entertaining, a fitness room located on the first floor, two tennis courts, a large heated
outdoor pool, a picnic area with grills, and private beach access with a gated entry. Each floor of the
condominium is equipped with a laundry room. The laundry room is located on your floor; just steps
down the hall with two high-efficiency front-loading wash machines, two dryers, and a large folding
counter. There is no charge for use of the washer and dryer during your stay. There is a 2-story
covered parking garage with assigned parking. There is one covered parking spot included with the
condo rental at no charge. The Royal Seafarer offers a very friendly staff with 24-hour security. You
are within walking distance of fabulous restaurants, grocery stores, the movie theater, and the
Marriott.

This is a southwest-facing unit, which overlooks the pool and has a large wrap-around balcony with
patio furniture perfect for relaxing outside. The carpeting was upgraded throughout the unit in 2016
and some new tile was added. Furniture has also been updated in the family room and the master
bedroom now boasts a king-size bed. The smaller bedroom has two twin beds (one of which is a
trundle). There is also new bedding, linens, kitchenware, and bathroom amenities that were updated
in 2016. Flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms and living room. DVD player in the living room. Wi-Fi

Southwest view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the entire south half of the beach. You can sit on
the furnished balcony and enjoy the remarkable sunsets. Our condo is a nicely decorated, very clean
two bedrooms, two-bath unit on the 8th floor of the Royal Seafarer. The living room has a leather
couch and two leather chairs and large television. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king
bed and television and new linens; the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchen has a new
appliance and every kind of appliance/gadget desired to buy our guests. This is a non-smoking unit.
The Royal Seafarer is highly regarded and recognized as a friendly place to stay. There is an exercise
