Summer Sunday School— Four Questions: Lingering in the Beauty of Your Life Join FUMC for this year’s Summer Sunday School study of Four Questions: Lingering in the Beauty of Your Life (The Spiritual Life of Christians). Sometimes just getting rote answers leaves us feeling dry, bored, and uninspired. But by asking better questions we can get to the heart of what it means to live the God-life. Who Am I? What Do I Love? How Shall I Live, Knowing I Will Die? What Is My Gift to the Family of the Earth? These questions will move us from a casual Christianity to a deeper level in the Wesleyan Way of Salvation using traditional Christian practices and understandings. Summer Sunday School begins July 11 through August 1 at 9:15 a.m. in Fellowship Hall. John marks the occasion saying, “Every Sunday for the past four years, I have prayed with the pastors of our church in this office. This office has been the workspace of my predecessors who faithfully served here. Soon this space will be opened up to create more gathering room outside our sanctuary. So if this is the last time we pray in here, I wanted mark the occasion with gratitude.” Changes at the School for Little People The School for Little People's director, Keisha Swagerty, has accepted a position in the WFISD for the 2021- 2022 school year and will transition into that role at the end of July.
