PEIMS
 The 2022-2023 PEIMS Fall submission is ready for users to complete,
  approve and accept their submissions as of Monday, October 31, 2022.

 The 2022-2023 PEIMS Fall submission is due

     o To ESCR19 Thursday, December 1, 2022

     o To TEA Thursday, December 8, 2022

PEIMS Known Issues

 PDM4-130-003 Superintendent's Report of ADSY Attendance
    The Special Education FTE calculation is incorrect. If multiple students have identical
     special education FTEs, then the special education FTE for the student(s) will only be
     included once in the total.

 Fatal Rules for P-TECH, T-STEM, and ECHS campuses:
    Rules 40100-0169, 40100-0170 and 40100-0171 may fire incorrectly.
    The 2022-2023 updates for the P-TECH, T-STEM and ECHS campus IDs have not been
     applied to the rules.

PEIMS Known Issues

 Fatal Rule for New Tech Network campuses:
    Rule 40100-0195 may fire incorrectly.
    The 2022-2023 updates for the New Tech Network campus IDs have not been
     applied to the rule.

 These issues were corrected with the October 28, 2022 software
  release.

ECDS
 The ECDS kindergarten and prekindergarten submissions will open for LEAs
  to promote data on Monday, November 7, 2022.
 The ECDS kindergarten submission is due to TEA on Thursday, January 26,
  2023.
 For information on kindergarten assessment results and scheduling of
  assessment updates sent to TEA, please have LEAs contact their respective
  ECDS Kindergarten assessment provider:

P-EBT UPDATES
 Point of Contact updates are ongoing:
    Please send updates, deletions, and/or additions for your LEAs to the following
     mailbox: TSDSCustomerSupport@tea.texas.gov
 Summer 2022 P-EBT Timeline:
    October 31 - November 11, 2022: YourTexasBenefits portal is open for LEAs to upload student data.
    November 14, 2022 – November 18, 2022: HHSC examines data for anomalies and sends a validation
     request to TEA, who then returns that data to the ESC for LEA outreach. The ESCs are asked to
     return these verified data sets to TEA at their earliest convenience.
 Summer 2022 Deployment Resources:
    Upload template has been updated: “P-EBT Summer 2022 Upload Template 08.29.2022”

 2022-2023 PEIMS Fall Submission
   Industry-Based Certifications (IBCs) earned from June 1, 2022 – August 31,
    2022, are classified as prior school year IBCs and are validated against the 2021-
    2022 TEDS code tables.

   IBCs earned from September 1, 2022 – May 31, 2023, are classified as current
    school year IBCs and are validated against the 2022-2023 TEDS code tables.
