TOMORROWLAND GOLDEN TICKET Competition rules – version 2018
1 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. GENERAL § These terms and conditions apply to the “Tomorrowland Golden Ticket” competition (referred to below as the “CONTEST”). § The CONTEST is conducted by WeAreOne.World bvba, with registered offices at Korte Vlierstraat 6, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium (referred to below as the “ORGANIZER”) § Entering and initiating participation to the CONTEST implies unconditional acceptance of the present terms and conditions. Each Contestant will accordingly be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and accepted them in full together with any decisions taken by the ORGANIZER and/or the selected jury. § A hard copy of the present terms and conditions can be obtained by sending a request to the following address: Korte Vlierstraat 6, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium. Entering the CONTEST is free of charge and does not imply any purchase obligation. 2. ENTRANTS Only the following individuals are eligible to enter the CONTEST: Natural persons at least 18 years of age or who turn 18 years in 2018, with the explicit exclusion of staff and co-workers of the ORGANIZER and those living in the same household of each such individuals. 3. DURATION § The CONTEST commences the 1th of June or any later date as decided and communicated by ORGANIZER. § Only fully completed entries received by the ORGANIZER, before closing the 10th of July , will be considered valid and will be taken into account in the contest.. 4. PRIZE § The winner shall receive 4 (four) Full Madness Comfort Pass for Weekend 1 (one) and 4 (four) Full Madness Comfort Passes for Weekend 2 (two) for him/herself and 3 (three) guests (referred to below as the “PRIZE”). • The PRIZE consists of the following products and/or services (hereinafter the advantages) for the winner and 3 (three) other persons appointed by the winner: Competition rules – version 2018
o A Comfort ticket to the Festival “Tomorrowland”, organized at PRC De Schorre, Schommelei, 2580 Boom, Belgium (“referred to below as the “FESTIVAL”). o A cashless spending card worth €500 to be spended during either weekend of the Tomorrowland Festival. These Pearls can not be refunded in cash after the Festival. o A voucher for the TML by Tomorrowland shop worth €250. o A dinner in 2 (two) of the official Tomorrowland Restaurants during the festival weekends (one per weekend) • All products and/or services related to the FESTIVAL other than those explicitly mentioned above, are excluded as advantages of the PRIZE. • Only 1 (one) person shall be rewarded as the winner of the CONTEST. • The PRIZE is personal and non-transferable. It shall only be awarded to the winner and can only be claimed for a certain edition by the winner of the CONTEST. The PRIZE cannot be exchanged for other products, services nor cash. The PRIZE is indivisible and can only be accepted as such. 5. ENTRY AND SELECTION OF THE WINNER • In order to participate, the contestant has to upload his/her entry to Facebook or Instagram using #Planaxis and #GoldenTicket • The uploaded material shall comply with following criteria: o A creation in the theme ‘Story of Planaxis’ (film with your friends, paint your house, something on the beach of Copa Cabana or any other crazy idea relating to the theme) • The ORGANIZER reserves the right not to use the uploaded material of the Contestant due to any reason whatsoever, without this giving rise to any liability, claim and/or damages. • More than one entry per person is allowed. Bulk entries or entries via third persons will not be accepted. • After the closing time the ORGANIZER shall set up a selection procedure to appoint the winner of the CONTEST. This selection procedure shall be decided in the sole discretion of ORGANIZER. • The Contestant shall refrain from submitting material that may be considered illegal, damaging, obscene, threatening, infringing third parties’ privacy or intellectual property or trademark rights, politically incorrect, inciting to violence, racist, disrespectful, or in general contravening public order or common decency or for other reasons is not suitable for publication. The ORGANIZER reserves the right to refuse at his sole discretion and without prior notification such entries. Competition rules – version 2018
• Only fully and completed registration forms and entries received in due time by the ORGANIZER will be taken into account. 6. CONTACTING THE WINNER § After termination of the CONTEST - and at the latest on July 15th- the winner of the PRIZE will be notified by the ORGANIZER at the e-mail address submitted by the Contestant at the moment of entry. § If the details provided by the Contestant are incorrect and the Contestant can therefore not be contacted, the Contestant is no longer eligible to receive the PRIZE and the PRIZE will be awarded to the Contestant whom is ranked 1 (one) place below the first mentioned Contestant. 7. PRIVACY The ORGANIZER shall respect your privacy. The terms concerning the Organizer’s privacy policy can be accessed at any time via www.tomorrowland.com/privacy and by entering the Contest, you are asked to accept this policy. 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (INCLUDING PORTRAIT RIGHTS) • The Contestant grants ORGANIZER a free, worldwide, transferable and non-exclusive right to use, reproduce and distribute the submitted material within the framework of the Contest, at the FESITVAL’s site and to use the submitted material for internal and external communication and marketing purposes without any limitation in time or territory. • Moreover, the ORGANIZER shall have the royalty-free right to use and distribute the submitted material in whole or in part in any format and via all (social) media known to the public. The ORGANIZER reserves the right to adapt or arrange the submitted material depending on the needs of the medium by all technical means processes, however with respect for the integrity of the Contestant. • If the Contestant is proclaimed as winner of the Contest, the Contestant also grants the ORGANIZER the free, worldwide, transferable and non-exclusive right to use, reproduce and distribute his/her name, image and voice within the framework of the Contest and for internal and external communication and marketing purposes without any limitation in territory, this through all media for a period of 1 month after the festival. • The Contestant waives any and all right to compensation in any form whatsoever for the grant of rights as described in this clause. • The Contestant shall defend and hold harmless the ORGANIZER from and against any claim from any third party including a collecting rights society, notwithstanding the right of ORGANIZER to refuse or withdraw the material at its sole discretion and without prior notice. 9. LIABILITY • The ORGANIZER cannot be held responsible for any damage of whatever nature as a consequence of entering the CONTEST, the awarding of the PRIZE or the consequences of accepting the PRIZE. • The ORGANIZER reserves the right to modify, revise, interrupt, cancel, postpone any aspect of the CONTEST in case of Force Majeure or in general circumstances beyond control of the ORGANIZER, amongst others but not limited to a court decisions, without this giving rise to any liability, claim and/or damages. • Printing, spelling or setting faults or technical or other problems with respect to or on the occasion of the CONTEST cannot be used to claim any kind of damages, obligation or liability on the part of the ORGANIZER, nor can the ORGANIZER be held liable for a technical problem whereby the CONTEST cannot be entered, nor for technical problems that may impede the continuous and uninterrupted course of the CONTEST. § The ORGANIZER can under no circumstances be held responsible for incorrect personal details (name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, etc.) provided by the Contestant, resulting in an incorrect or unknown address of the Contestant. § If the PRIZE does not arrive on time as a result of loss and/or delay in delivery by the postal services, and/or (2) the postal services damage prizes deliberately or otherwise, the ORGANIZER can under no circumstances be held liable. 10. COMMUNICATION AND DISPUTES § No communication, other than mentioned in the present CONTEST terms shall take place regarding the CONTEST, neither by telephone nor in writing. § The ORGANIZER reserves the right to submit any complaint or dispute not covered by these terms and conditions, to a Jury whose decisions are final. § The relationship between the ORGANIZER and the contestants is governed by Belgian law only. Any disputes between the ORGANIZER and a contestant concerning the existence, interpretation, carrying out and consequences of this CONTEST and the present terms and conditions, fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp.
