BALLROOM DANCING LESSON
It’s Strictly Romance time! And what is more romantic
than spending the evening in the arms of the one you
love.
Ballroom dancing can be split into two broad types;
Ballroom international standard / traditional; traditional or
standard ballroom encompasses the waltz, tango, foxtrot,
quickstep, jive and Viennese waltz.
Ballroom international Latin includes the samba, cha-cha-cha,
rumba and paso doble. The Latin dances are usually danced at
a higher tempo and are generally more colourful, both in
terms of movement and clothing.
Enjoy a private ballroom dance lesson to your favourite
music. The teacher will go at the pace you need, and your
lesson will be especially choreographed for you and your
partner.

We want you to love every minute of your experience in the
country, so we will create the clay shoot based on your level of
experience and what you would like to get out of your time.
Whether you want to fine tune your shooting skills or discover
the enjoyment of handling a gun and breaking clays, the sense
of achievement at the end of the session will be yours to take
away.
You will receive expert tuition using multiple clay traps and
experience the thrill of a simulated shoot. This is as close to a
game shoot as you can find, the clays will be fired in flurries in
many directions, challenging your eye, your direction and speed
of response. It’s a truly exciting finale.

During your time at Stonor Park, prior to dinner, you are invited

magnificent birds of prey and their handler.
You will have an unrivalled opportunity to experience the power,
elegance and grace of these amazing birds of prey. You won’t be
watching from afar, you will handle, feed and fly a stunning
array of different birds, to have full appreciation of this royal
sport that has been enjoyed by our Kings and Queens through
history.
You will see what birds of prey are designed for and appreciate
their natural behaviours and witness some truly breath-taking
flying. This is an amazing opportunity to watch the Harris Hawks
and Falcons demonstrate their exceptional skills.
Your falconer will demonstrate how to work with the birds to
make the most of their intuitive hunting skills. Working in
tandem with the birds and the working cocker spaniel, the
falconer encourages them to use their pinpoint accuracy and
flying skills to identify and capture their prey.
